As we are based centrally in Leicester we are ideally placed to work nation-wide with all sectors of the business community. Lan Systems have become the midlands premier networking solution provider, and also our Print & Copy division with its forward thinking approach is already recognised as being at the forefront of print copy solution sales & service. LAN Systems core business area is in the design, implementation and support of LAN & WAN systems. However we are also able to offer a complete One-Stop-Shop solution to our customers for all of their computer requirements. These solutions often include a network system maintenance contract. This gives customers complete peace of mind that should any problems occur, or if they need any assistance with their system, there will be a quick solution to their problem either by a service visit or telephone support. Lan Systems also offer a 24 Hours call-out facility, for systems that need that extra level of up time. This service is aimed mainly at customers with mission critical systems.  One of LAN Systems specific areas of expertise is in the management of TCP/IP networks, especially Internet connected wide area networks, server hardware solutions and network infrastructure management. As we aim to give customers complete solutions, Lan Systems have partnership or distribution agreements with most major hardware and software manufacturers, which allows us to personally follow projects from design stage through to implementation, and then to also give full after sale system and customer support.As a GoldMine Platinum Partner, we at LAN Systems have shown our commitment to the Goldmine contact management product range .We feel there is nobody nationwide better placed to offer the customer a fully configured GoldMine system with full telephone and engineer support. Our close partnership with GoldMine also enables us to offer the customer a ‘Full Office Solution.’ Our LAN Training division, established in October 2000, has a high specification IT training suite with full audio visual facilities. We have a wide range of planned courses including Microsoft product training, Goldmine/CRM product training and other IT related subjects. The IT suite is also available for hire for companies wanting to train either their own staff or customers. As a large proportion of the work we carry out is repeat business. We see that as a testament to the high quality of service that we give to our customers. We like to build a relationship with our customers, rather than just supply a product or service. |
